Two interior designers collaborated on the design for this modern, luxurious, downtown loft filled with the latest technology, newest trends and a hip urban vibe.
Art niches and modern light fixtures are recurring themes, as are chrome finishes, deep mahogany cabinetry, and earthy hues. Spa-like bathrooms embrace the very best of contemporary minimalism. Each bathroom is unique, with the continuity of a minimalist look throughout. A variety of high-end materials enhance the floors, walls and art niches of each bathroom. Details include natural stones, leather tile and iridescent glass mosaics. Custom lighting provides unique ambience. The powder room features a handcrafted custom sink fabricated by Aberrant USA, known for their dedication to create Green products. The kitchen, accessed by a stairway of lighted recesses and a glass railing, is alive with bold color contrasts, artistic fixtures, and a seating area that integrates seamlessly with the rest of the loft |
